HOW WE OPERATE
KADDRO development intervention is directed to households, groups, communities, organizations, and institutions in both demand and supply side. This we do through collaboration, coordination, partnership, and consortium. KADDRO implement projects based upon identified needs. KADDRO do undertake yearly needs assessment in its operational areas in collaboration with Local Council and relevant Ministries, Department, and Agencies and mobilize resources to address the felt needs.
KADDRO beneficiaries/participants are Poor, Vulnerable, Marginalized and Excluded people in terms of service delivery and other life service opportunities. They are;
KADDRO delivers both on and off-farm livelihood support to its beneficiaries such as the provision of Farm Inputs, Value Addition, Swamp Development, Bee Keeping, Livestock management, etc. in supports to beneficiaries in rural communities. KADDRO Multi-purpose Processing Centre with a drying floor at Mayinka, Masungbala chiefdom.
Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH)
KADDRO facilitate the access, availability, and affordability of safe and portable drinking to rural communities through construction and maintenance of rural water points, provision of Operation and Maintenance toolkits, capacity building for WASH committees, education and awareness-raising on hygiene practices.
Income Generation and Micro Finance
KADDRO induce the habit of saving and investing to rural communities through the Village Savings and Loan Association (VSLA). KADDRO also facilitate revolving Loan for Rural Women and offers zero interest rate on these Loans.

KADDRO serves as a voice for poor and vulnerable women in terms of equal and equitable access, control, ownership and inheritance of resources and properties especially land.
Community Climate Change Resilience.
KADDRO is taking urgent actions to mitigate the effects of climate change through education and awareness-raising on the causes and effects of climate change; the cultivation of Botanical Gardens, Agro-forestry, wetland/natural resource management.
Volunteering, Mentorship and Coaching
KADDRO creates the conducive environment for the transfer of skills and knowledge in the interest of shared learning for its direct beneficiaries, students from tertiary institutions and counterpart partners through internship, volunteerism, and demonstration sites and On the Job Training (OJT).
